Volunteer Service

Most every culture, society and community has some segments of their population that is in need of assistance and Valladolid is no exception. Volunteering in an established community agency for 15-20 hours will afford you with an opportunity to provide a real service to people in need. The service experience helps to deepen your immersion in the culture, allows you to strengthen your Spanish Language skills and helps develop leadership skills.

Volunteer Service Examples

Service opportunities include working in a women’s center, teaching English to preschool children and helping at agencies that provide assistance to immigrants.
