UPDATE:  Application Process and Timeline

The official launch of the final application is expected very soon. In advance of that launch, please note the following:

  1. Complete online interestform(see link below). Go to:  
https://ipsl.myedabroad.com/login

  Create a profile/account.
Choose the following form to fill out:
 “IPSL Graduate Program Interest Form”
. Complete in full and then click the submit button.

  2. Complete both the Personal and Experience Statement Essays and submit to IPSL in advance.

  3. FAFSA - fill out the financial aid form now and include Concordia 
University-Portland as a recipient of your FAFSA data

  4. Order and send to IPSL one official transcript for all undergraduate work completed. If your graduating institution transcript shows all previous college credits, you need only provide that transcript.

  5. Request and send letters of recommendation to IPSL- these can be requested
now and and sent in advance to IPSL.

  6. Complete formal application (estimated February launch date) and remit to IPSL with application fee.

  7. In-person or virtual Candidate Interviews to commence February/March. (Estimate starting in February. These intervieww can be virtual or in person.

  8. Review of application materials by IPSL/Concordia

  9. Notification regarding acceptance within one week of interview.



Please note: a GRE is not required as part of the admission process.
