IPSL and Concordia University - Portland are pleased to announce the launch of the application for the fall 2012 or spring 2013 Master of Arts Program in International Development and Service.

Please complete and either mail the paper application (to IPSL in Portland, Oregon) or scan and email the application to anewton@ipsl.org.

May 15th, 2012 is the Priority Deadline. However, IPSL will continue to accept applications until the co-hort is filled. All materials (including the application fee that is made out to Concordia University - Portland) should be submitted directly to IPSL at: 1515 SW 5th Ave.,  Suite 606 Portland, Oregon 97201

The application includes a complete checklist and information regarding the required supplemental materials.

If you have already submitted your transcript(s), two letters of recommendations and Personal and Experiential statements, then please disregard these sections on the application form. Upon receipt of all required components, IPSL will schedule an interview and then the admission decision will be released within 3-7 business days.
