Faculty-Led Programs Interface:
Faculty-led programs are hugely time consuming for study abroad offices. GopherU has, among other new features, a unique faculty interface that allows faculty to monitor and approve (or deny) student applications for their programs only. It's efficient. It's secure. And it does not require the study abroad office to gather, collate, review, scan (or copy) and email files to faculty for their review, and then follow up again and again. Faculty simply log on, see their students' applications in an easy-to-read dashboard, click on each application to review, click "approve" (or "deny" or "incomplete", etc...), and it's done. You can also use the Faculty-Led Program interface for committees that need to approve applications. Since faculty-led programs are one of the largest growing areas of study abroad programs nationwide, this feature in GopherU really saves your office time, money and reduces stress.

Create Interactive, Online Applications in Minutes:
The "Forms" section of GopherU is simple to use. Your office can easily create the online application(s) that best suits your needs with respect to information, look-and-feel, and integrated technology. And as the students are filling out the application, they are entering the data that GopherU captures in the student's record. This saves tremendous admin time and money by not having to do labor-intensive data entry. What is more, required documentation in support of a student's application is tracked easily within GopherU - recommendations, interview transcripts, medical forms, behavior contracts, transcripts, passport photo page and visa copies, etc... Whatever you require in an application can be tracked easily in GopherU.

Dynamic Billing:
The "Billing" section will also be indispensable if your office needs to manage billing when a student studies abroad. GopherU applies automatically the appropriate program fee once the student chooses a particular program. Then, payments received from students (application fees, deposits, etc..) are deducted from the total amount owed. And routine invoices can be emailed with a click.
