Trinity University of Asia has a deep and long commitment to community service, for which it has gained international recognition. The university operates a variety of programs to serve the neighboring communities, and the Filipino students of the university are regularly engaged in community outreach as a requirement for graduation.

Aside from the services in non-governmental institutions, students can also be immersed in the adopted barangays (districts) of the university, like Barangay Mayamot in Antipolo and Barangay Tatalon. These barangays are located near the university. The approach in these districts is holistic. The different academic units put their expertise together to empower the districts. Nursing and Medical Technology provide lectures on hygiene, preventive measures against communicable diseases, deworming and first aid. The College of Arts and Sciences spearheads literacy, advocacy and environmental programs. The College of Education is in charge of pre-school, elementary and secondary teaching. The College of Business Administration and Hotel and Restaurant Management are proponents of a livelihood program.
IPSL students can join the regular visits of the volunteer students and faculty of TUA in the barangays. They will be trained in consultation with the cooperating agencies or community elders.

Shelter for senior citizens aged 60 years old and above; provides home atmosphere with basic necessities like food clothing and comfortable quarters; promotes value formation and spiritual counseling, conducts Bible studies.

Gives temporary shelter to street children, runaways, and vagrant children, and works to rehabilitate them and reconcile them with their families.
